I have done 3d vasculography of heart and ecg one month ago and it came out normal but sometimes i feel pain in my left chest and i have gas problems what should i do should i do another heart check up for chest pain

Hi, your symptoms may be due to gastritis. If symptoms persists consult with doctor.
