Please suggest which doctor to consult
My sister from past few months she gets too much emotional for everything. She will cry if she hears any problem next moment she will laugh this will continue for an hour. After that she will b fine n ask what happened to her. Please suggest which doctor to consult .. is it related to brain or psychology.

Could well be neurological or psychological. It's prudent to get a detailed neurological evaluation to find the cause and get treated accordingly. Psychological consultation may be required if neurological evaluation is normal. Best regards
