My wife becomes faint one or two times in a month . reports in EEG, MRI is normal. she feels pressure in her chest and feel breathing problem sometimes. she is 33 yrs old. she takes one tablet of Nexito 10 in every night last 8 months.

Hi...
She may be suffering from a type of epilepsy called complex partial seizures. This has to be evaluated properly and than only considered.
Please consult an epileptologist.
