Please suggest a good retinol cream
Hi , I get acne on nose ( blackheads and whiteheads ) easily. They are better in winters but get worse during Summers. Please advise a good mild retinol cream that I can put everyday on face and nose at night to avoid the same and have a healthy skin . ( with no side effects ) Thanks

Ok ... Whitehead, blackhead, Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Sounds like you have oily skin. You might require other actives along with retinol. Please visit a dermatologist to get better recommendations and if needed prescription medications.

Hello, since sebum secretion is more over T-zone of face, nose and forehead is more prone for comedones..Treatment depends on severity and grade of acne , kindly share photos by consulting dermatologist online for detailed prescription and treatment instructions.
