Please review my endoscopy report
Attach is my two endoscopy reports I was diagnosed with erosive gastritis and Hpylori positive in September. After dat doc has put me on high dose of ppi I completed the 14 days Hpylori eradication on January. I did my endoscopy yesterday,so i wanted to know if my Hpylori is eradicated completely or not and what are white specks in my d2. Doctors Please help

Hi. If you are not symptomatic,  forget about everything. If you are still symptomatic,  ideally RUT for H pylori should have been repeated as there is high resistance to antibiotics in H pylori in Indian scenario. If still positive, needs second line treatment or bismuth based H pylori eradication therapy. The whitish spots in duodenum is called lymphangiectasia. Like blood's vascular system, there is a lymphatic system in body which when blocked causes its tiny branches to erupt on to the duodenal mucosa causing whitish sopts. There are 100s of reasons to have that, again if you are asymptomatic then the finding doesn't carry any weightage.
