Hello Sir, From your reports, there are multiple findings together — enlarged prostate with bladder neck obstruction, a kidney stone, and some hormonal/nutritional imbalances (high testosterone, high prolactin, low vitamin B12 and D). Weight loss along with these symptoms indicates that your body is under stress and proper evaluation is needed. Each condition requires attention: Enlarged prostate/bladder neck obstruction can cause urinary symptoms and need urologist follow-up. Kidney stone (5.2 mm) may pass on its own but still needs monitoring and hydration. High prolactin & hormone imbalance may need endocrinology opinion. Low B12 & D can cause weakness, fatigue, and nerve-related issues, which can be corrected through diet and supplementation. Since multiple systems are involved, I would recommend you consult both a urologist and an endocrinologist for proper management and to understand why weight loss is happening. I hope it helps you. For proper management and treatment, you can consult me, just go to my profile.
