Hello,
You don’t need a prescription for Multivitamin. You can have a healthy diet of fruits and vegetables for your vitamin requirements. Additionally if you would like to supplement, you can add 1 tab of A to Z once daily for 30 days.
For allergy (sneezing due to air pollutants) you can take antihistamines like Tab Levocetrizine 1 tab as and when required. If it doesn’t provide relief to your condition, kindly consult a general practitioner.
