Please help remove tan
I joined swimming for 20 days before that I had a lighter skin tone but after that my skin has become very dark and it's not going it's been 20 days scince i left swimming

First of all You must always use a good sunscreen as per your skin type atleast 20-30 minutes before you go out and reapply every 3 hrly. Prevention is always better. Now for the tan you have already gotten needs  appropriate treatment. Need consultation for the same

Undergo glutathione therapy.. otherwise few creams also available...for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.
