Whenever i encounter a fear thought, i resist and feel good and i feel my front part of brain is working most efficiently to avoid the thought and next time i suddenly doubt myself what if my front part of brain stops working and the very next moment it happens exactly like that and i cant resist the same thought again and again and this is causing me extreme anxiety.I cant find a solution to this problem.Please help me!😔
