Please help me
My sister was having bipolar mania in Dec 2021 . After  giving the medicines from the psychiatrist she was good , then she come in depression in March 2022 . Now she is fine but she is behaving very lazy , sluggish . Like she don't want to do anything . Her mind doesn't wanted to do anything .Her medicine are continue till now (Litcha Sr450 ,OLA 10 )please help why she is behaving like this. She is not agile as before . Please help what medicine we should give to became her agile .

Hope along with medication, she also has access to regular psychotherapy sessions to help her build functionality around her symptoms.

She seems to have side effects of medicines Get her thyroid function and one review done by the concerned psychiatrist

It's understandable to see the ups and downs of the Bipolar disorder.. But since she had a depressive episode about less than a month ago, the sluggishness, not doing anything could be a part of the depressive episode.. Keep a watch for worsening of symptoms... If it gets more worrisome, Consult her doctor again..
