I have bump on roof of my mouth from 2 months ,it is not seen by naked eye ,it can only be feel by tongue or finger ,I went to 6 different dentis,they say it nothing and tell not to worry ,but I am worrying ,what is this

kindly go for MRI scanning or ultrasound scanning from nearby labs in that region. if any soft tissue abnormality is there definitely it will detect.
