Please help in reading my report

I am a 41 years old female, and right now I have abdomen pain, severe back pain and now the report seems not good. iron report, Urine report not seems normal. I am not sure who will help me out to understand whom to reach out to. Unable to attached all the reports . Fasting is 120.7 gycosylated haemoglobin 6.20 CRP 1.0 Cholestrol is hing under medication since 7 yrs Ggt 42.2(no gall bladder) Serum iron:- 48.1 Transferrin saturation:- 13.72 Kidney all ok Urine - blood positive with rbs 6-7 (no period.(JFI)
