Please help i am scared Is it cancer?
I have this hard swelling on floor of mouth it is movable and it is painless. Right sublingual gland region under the plica fimbriata flap. there is no pain nothing but i feel tingling sensation on right lower jaw and feeling of pressure on right side of throat. I have an impacted wisdom tooth on the right side which is touching the intra alveolar nerve the wisdom tooth is painless but i feel constant pressire around the tooth region. Is the swelling due to the impacted wisdom tooth? I am attaching the images underneath please check iam really scared is it Cancer? please help me. I am just 23 and scared like hell. I have been monitoring this swelling from past 6 months or so there is negligible change.

This is not looking as alarming, but definitely the complete examination with  your dentist is must. This swelling is irrelavent to wisdom tooth. Kindly get a opinion from your dentist as soon as possible,because with this we cannot come to a conclusion.

It is probably a sialolith. (a stone in the duct of the submandibular gland). It needs treatment. However this is not cancer. So sleep well.

This is looking normal, not cancerous. So no need to panic. It is not related to the wisdom tooth, either. If you have dryness of the mouth, it could be related to salivary gland. Pl visit a dentist or an Oral Medicine specialist and get yourself checked.

This seems normal. A proper check up is required to examine what you are referring to, but from the photo doesn’t look like anything to worry about. This has no relation with wisdom tooth
