Does anxiety alleviates during winters? My doctor asked me to stop my medicines after a few months ( SSRIs ) but I have started feeling a little anxious these days. How can I control it and get rid of it I've tried everything!!!

You could be suffering from seasonal affective disorder, depression being common in winters. Make sure you get enough sun exposure, keep physically active and follow a proper routine. For medications, you will need a proper consultation. Kindly seek a consultation soon. Wishing you good health.
