My front 5 upper teeth are not white n also not of same shape. My dentist said due to large fillings in front 5 teeths, only extraction is possible. Any other treatment wont be effective. Have attached xray. Please advise

See extraction is the Last option always.your teeth are ok but some teeth requires definitely RCT and crowns.so go accordingly.for further details you can consult me

Hello madam,
Hope you are doing good. On observing your x ray, you have 2 teeth already treated with root canal treatment. Other 3 teeth has been filled. But the central incisor and lateral incisor on your left side has deep restoration and you should definitely go for root canal with post and core or else extraction. After that you can go for crown in all the teeth. The central incisor of your right side may also need root canal if it is symptomatic

Hi,
From x-ray it seems you need root canal treatment first, 2 teeth are already treated but they have no crowns so you might loose tooth structure. You can have options like tooth colored crown for all teeth if it has proper support. For extra support post and core also be used. But we cant direct jump into conclusion by having just x-ray. You need clinical evaluation done and choose the treatment options available.
