My fiance's both nipples are paining since yesterday.. Her next periods are due on 24th june.. last periods were on 30th may...
She has applied vitamin E serum last night over her nipples inorder to moisturise it but still pain is there.. there is no discharge or any colour change ... No feeling of heat on and around it..

You can use simpler moisturizers like Coconut oil or Bio oil or one of those Aloe vera gel.
If you are getting pain in the nipples please consult with a Gynaecologist to rule out infection. Dryness or unhygienic practice may lead to infection.
