It has been three months since I'm suffering this symptoms Heavy Head feeling 24 hours Headache,Vertigo, Dizziness, Can't Concentrate, foggy feeling,ear ringing sometimes, Fatigue, weakness Numbness in legs , joint pain, tingling Feet, Tiredness in legs Muscles pain Tremor Fast Heart beat while waking up at night with sweat sometimes. Stomach pain, Burning sensation, neusea, pain in intestine areas Unrefrshing sleep, blur vision, depression My thyroid is fine HB fine, B12 fine

After reading out all symptoms u are going through it appears like either u are going through some kind of stress, worry ,anxiety.or there is something disturbing has happened in ur life which has left a disturbing impact on ur subconscious mind which manifestatiled into physical complaints.

All these symptoms suggest that the person is suffering from nervous disorder.. First do complete lab check up.. If it shows normal patients half problem will disappear.. Put him on anti anxiety treatment and symptomatic treatment for few days.. It should decrease
