You have not mentioned about your current medication. Are you taking medication or not. If yes then which medicine do you need.
When obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) symptoms worsen, treatment typically involves adjusting your current medication dosage, adding or intensifying therapy, or stepping up to a higher level of professional care.
Seek a psychiatrist help as early as possible.

These symptoms need a proper assessment rather than treating them as OCD or anxiety
Please consult me for a detailed assessment, examination and appropriate blood and urine investigations so we can identify the cause and make a safe treatment plan.
For the nocturnal enuresis thing, kindly avoid taking liquids after 7 pm
You need to get some tests done
• HbA1c
• Urine R/M
• FBS
• PPBS
Other than this your symptoms are due to stress secondary to OCD
For which some medications along with meditation will be advised
Kindly consult with me on practo app
