Multiple symptoms
I have severe contamination ocd, it makes me lose my mind and overthink everything it worsened over the last year because I stay at home and have nothing much to do, recently I started having other symptoms I have chest pain at times it's not the stinging pain more like pressure in my chest, I feel nauseous and like not eating even my fav things like ice creams and I have been having frequent urination at nights which I thought might be due to caffeine so I stopped coffee at night it did help I got tests done 2 months ago and they were normal since the last week or 2 I have been having leaks(secondary nocturnal enuresis) in my sleep every other day, daily from 2-3 days after being dry for 4-5 years! Its making me lose my mind! I have been stressed because it makes my ocd trigger badly!

I can understand how distressing this must feel. Your chest pressure, nausea and night-time leaks I am sorry you are going through this - severe contamination OCD plus new bedwetting is a lot to carry at 18. Most of what you describe (chest pressure, nausea, poor appetite, night-time frequency) fits severe anxiety and OCD, especially as your tests two months ago were normal, but secondary nocturnal enuresis after 4-5 dry years does need a proper check: a urine routinea raen dv ecruyl tluirke,l yb loiondk esdu gtaor ,seve raen da nax iseitmyp laen du lOTCRDA sound of kidneys and bladder are worth doing to rule out infection, diabetes or a bladder problem. The single most useful step for the OCD is starting structured treatment - a psychiatrist can offer CBT with exposure and response prevention and, if needed, an SSRI, which works well at your age and is not habit-forming. Practical measures meanwhile: cut caffeine after 4 pm, empty the bladder just before sleep, keep a fixed sleep routine, and try to get out of the house daily even for a walk, since staying home fuels the rumination. Please treat chest pain differently from anxiety symptoms: if it ever becomes severe, radiates to the arm or jaw, or comes with breathlessness or fainting, go to the nearest emergency immediately. And if you ever feel like harming yourself, please tell a family member at once or call the Tele-MANAS helpline 14416 - you deserve support. You can book a consult with me on Practo and I will help you organise the tests and a referral.

You have not mentioned about your current medication. Are you taking medication or not. If yes then which medicine do you need. When obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) symptoms worsen, treatment typically involves adjusting your current medication dosage, adding or intensifying therapy, or stepping up to a higher level of professional care. Seek a psychiatrist help as early as possible.

These symptoms need a proper assessment rather than treating them as OCD or anxiety Please consult me for a detailed assessment, examination and appropriate blood and urine investigations so we can identify the cause and make a safe treatment plan.
