Kidney size is normal on both sides. Just increased echoes which may be seen in diabetic kidney disease or even age related changes. Since your grandmother has s.creatinine of 1.6, she might have diabetic kidney disease. We need to evaluate further with tests like urine albumin creatinine ratio.
