Your report is showing that some abnormality like in physical property- like showing offensive and black stool and
with respect to microscopic examination it's shows some RBC and pus cell and also some vegetation and micro organisms.
On the basis of your report it is possible that you have some infection in your gastro- intestinal tract due to some bacteria.
So according to me you should do stool culture to find the exact organism which are now showing in the microscopic examination of stool as you have done now.
You should also take consultation and give complete history to a good doctor to make a correct diagnosis and best treatment.
