Your report shows normal T3 and T4 , TSH is below normal and indicates subclinical hyperthyroidism .If you are symptomatic like weight loss, palpitations, sweating , diarrhea intolerance to hot weather you should consult with your doctor .
Pain in hand , thumb could be due to nerve compression at the wrist level or inflammation of the tendon . Clinical examination alone will confirm it.
