Can I use aspirin 75 milligrams to reduce platelets count. I need to reduce in a week's time as I'm travelling abroad and as per their country law a person should have below 4. And I have 6.32.

You can't reduce your platelet count by taking aspirin. The condition you have is called thrombocytosis which needs further evaluation. Better to repeat the test as sometimes it may be a Lab error.
