Dear doctor,
I have been suffering from lesser platelets count since 15 days as the first report of platelet shown 1.19 lac after that I took some platelets increasing tablets but after 15 days when again I rechecked in lab it is lesser than 1.19 lac now it is 1.10 lac my corona and typhoid test both are negative kindly please suggest the medicine
