Platelet Rich Plasma for Knee pain
Hello Doctor, My Dad has been suffering from Grade 3 Arthritis, we have planned to get the knee replacement surgery as per doctor advice. However, recently we heard something about Platelet Rich Plasma therapy which could probably be a better solution to reduce joint pain. Could you please suggest if we can try this PRP therapy as this is something new, if yes any recommendations about the hospitals. I have attached the XRay report for your reference. Thanks, Tejesh.
