Hi sir nd madam 15 days back my platelate count is 200000.today I tested again my platelates are 150000.my dengue report is negative why platelates are Drecressing

We need to corelate with your symptoms and if you are still having symptoms of fever than due to bone marrow suppression platelet count will decrease and if you are totally asymptomatic than nothing to be done

Hi, Sometimes there can be differences in platelet count as it is automated count. If there are no bleeding manifestations like bleeding from gums, blood in urine or stools, no red patches on the body(subcutaneous bleed) then periodic monitoring would suffice. Thank you
