After removing my plaster from bimaleolar ankle, xray shows its joint but still pain. 1. How to get rid of pain cant move leg ? 2. What are the excersize I should do? From when? Please advice

It's common after any fracture. Start ROM of ankle. Continue with NSAIDs to reduce pain. 99% pain and problem will settle down in coming two to three wks provided well done surgery.
