Plaquenil(hydroxycholorquine) effect
Does hydroxycholoroquine has any adverse effect on fetus while getting pregnant. I had 2 miscarriage at 8 and 10 weeks.I do not have signs of lupus and all lupus test negative(ANA screening,PT,PTT) and only lupus anti coagulant positive and advised to take plaquenil 200mg twice a day till i get pregnant. Does it have adverse effect on fetus ? I started on day 6 of my cycle and today is day 13. Should i continue or stop? Or can i take baby aspirin after my ovulation?
