Planter fascia damaged
Long ago almost 5 months ago there was a little pain in my left foot, but I ignored it, then I started workout for volleyball and pain started increasing in march I asked many friends and coaches what do with this problem they suggested rest, I took rest for a month but it didn't worked, then I took treatment from an local doctor but he too failed to heal me. Now my workout is totally stoped due to the pain . I think my planter fascia is damaged.

Does it hurt first thing in the morning? Heels hurt? Any burning feeling on soles?
