I was married in 2017 June I conceive in Oct 2017 I had abortion in 7th month of pregnancy I,e April 7 2018,we were trying to plan baby but not happening recently we gone through follicular study I had endo 7.5 and Lo 17*16mm,23*23mm and RO no DF and free fluid none on 13th I had pubergen5000 injection and I had scan on 15 th day both LO are ruptured and endo is 8.2 and RO no DF ? What does ruptured means I m going to conceive how much chances are there?

For pregnancy sperm and egg have to fertilised and fertilised egg have to implant in uterus.
In ur case ruptured mean egg was released from overy and comes in ur fallopian tube. Now u should do sexual relationship so sperm reach @ fallopian tube so fertilisation possible.
