There’s no correct age to have a pregnancy.
The correct age is the warmest age at which you’re ready to have a pregnancy.
That said, as the age of the women advances the fertile unfortunately reduces.
29 is absolutely not too late. However, if you’re worried you can get your ovarian reserve checked and accordingly decide your next course of action.
You can start of folic acid supplements (a combination with additional Vit B12 and B6 is preferred ) prior to starting planning.
