After urine pregnancy test is positive you can take a serum TSH test empty stomach early morning fasting levels

Take FOLIC ACID 5 mg 1 tab daily
Anyway thyroid testing will be done on the pregnancy.
Avoid spicy and oily food
Avoid stress and anxiiety/ lifestyle modification/Excercise regularly
Adequate rest and sleep
Keep FREQUENT relationship during the fertile window period
Take carse
Stay safe
