Planning for second pregnancy
Hi, I had my first child in 2019 and want to plan for second now. Last year had been tough with ankle sprain, spondylitis, acidity issues and hence my weight increased by 10 kgs. I recently did my blood work and my hbg is 9 . In Lipid profile, serum cholesterol is 132.5 mg/dl, triglycerides are 186 mg/dl, hdl is 36.5, ldl is 58.6 and vldl is 37.3. Fasting blood sugar is 98 mg/dl. Attaching the reports. Doctor has only asked to take iron tabs and asked for diet to lower the triglycerides and weight. Current weight is 78 kgs for 5 feet. Age 35 years Since I want to plan for second pregnancy, is there any risk with these numbers? Shall I wait , reduce my weight and bring the triglycerides under control before planning ? Please advise. I am yet to visit a gynaec in person.
