Hi I'm 33 yrs old, already had a 7 yr old kid and now planning for my 2nd pregnancy.. had hsg last month and fallopian tubes are normal..doctor gave me letrozole 2.5 mg 2 times a day for 5 days after that I had a follicular scan today is my 14 th day after my period and my scan shows 11*10mm size dominant follicle in right ovary and no dominant follicle in left ovary. Endometrial thickness is 6.3mm...why letrozole not working for me?Is there any way to increase my follicle growth in the next cycle?

Yes there are injections available
Get your amh levels checked to understand how you ovaries are functioning
The reason why letrozole is not working would be probably poor ovarian function and aging
It is suboptimal effect of letrozole, according to your other reports doctor will change or will re induce with Same dose. From your side you can do nothing for follicular growth. If you are overweight then can control your weight. Adopt healthy lifestyle if possible.
