Planning for pregnancy after miscarriage
Hi Dr I had my miscarriage one year before after that we try for pregnancy this year but when my period was missed I check pregnancy test it is positive but after 45 day I had my  period so I consult gynecologist she told me that I had chemical pregnancy failure or abortion she told me some test to know the reason test name is 1-anti cardiolipin antibody panel. 2-anti phospholipid antibody Igg. 3-anti phospholipid antibody Igm. 4-lupus anticoagulant DRVVT. 5-glucose fasting and with out fasting.6-calcium.7- thyroid profile total T3+totalT4+TSH.8-D3. 9-B22. 10-tourch test all reports r normal only B12 and D3 r less.so need to know the reason why this is happening to me.she suggest me some medicine like b12,D3 for two months and aspirin 150mg and mcmb 69 till pregnancy.what can I do will it work .my period was always normal no irregular period.plz help me where I was not understanding what is happening to me.thank you in advance.

Since the tests are normal the other common causes of miscarriage is anomalies. These medicines decrease chances of anomalies in fetus. Also take folic acid and once you conceive, add progesterones.

All your tests are normal. Under such conditions the treatment becomes empirical. You can also have Vit B12, Vit D 3, Folic acid, low dose disprin (75 mg per day). Your basic problem is that you had a chemical pregnancy . It is not habitual abortion (or recurrent pregnancy loss). When you miss your periods you can start progesterone. None of these medicines is scientifically justified but some of them may work.
