I am 36 and already have one baby of 6 year old a healthy one. Now planning for 2 ND child is anything to be done so that I can have healthy sperm.

In general at 36 yrs of age, all will be good 8nyour sperm. If you have any doubt.... simply give semen for semen Analysis in nearby Pathology Lab. M8nd it..... abst8nence for 72 hrs (no s3x or masturbation 3 days before sex). okay???
