Planning for 2nd child

I am 37 year old male, already have one child of 6 years old, Now planning for 2nd child, is everything with will alright if I need to take some precaution for healthy sperm. Can I also take folio acid for healthy sperm if so which one. My wife is also taking folio acid from one month. Is anything else to consider
