Planning for baby after D&C abortion
Respected Dr. I have been carried out D& C Abortion on 03/04/20 due to miscarriage. So kindly guide me when can I do intercourse & plan for first baby .

You can have sexual contact with protection. Dont get pregnant again until you actually want to continue as there are bad outcomes. And should wait for 6 months atleast for next pregnancy so that the body can recover from previous one. Take proper diet and do exercise.

Give a gap of at least 2 months before conception. Maenwhile improve your nutritional status,reduce weight if overweight. Once bleeding stops you can resume intercourse with contraceptive precautions.
