Hi.im 27 years old having my second pregnancy.im in my 14th week.my ultra sound showed placenta previa grade 1.is there something to worry about?i had a misscarriage in my 6th month.doc diagnosed cervix incompetency and wants to stich my cervix this time.what necessary steps should i take to have my baby safely delivered.will a stitch save it?

Grade 1 placenta previa may migrate upwards as the uterus grows upwards as u still in 14 wks. And if last pregnancy u have had miscarriage due to cervical incompetence it's ideal and safe to get a circlage done. Pls follow your doctors advice.
