Hi am 29 weeks pregnant and my ultrasound showed early maturity grade 3 placenta in 29 weeks itself. Baby movements and growth is normal till now. Can I have a safe pregnancy till 37 weeks atleast if I have bed rest and a good diet pls reply tq somuch am in stress
