Placenta accreta
Hello doctor I am 21 weeks pregnent. My age is 32. Recently I did my anomaly scan it shows placenta accreta. My gynecologist told me if I have severe blood loss in operation table then cesarean hysterectomy needed. So I am very frighted because I am only 32 in this age hysterectomy really needed? In 2023 I had D&C.. I attached my reports Please help. 22Nd march my doctor give me placenta droopler test.

Yes there are times following delivery the accreta or the adherent placenta does not separate and at that point of time if the patient bleeds  profusely on table a cesarean hystrectomy may be required
