Hello! Pityriasis Alba is a common problem among children. It is a benign condition which resolves on it's own with age. Usually the areas which are lighter in color do not tan with sunexposure. Hence you may find them to be more visible after sunexposure. Hence application of sunscreen is recommended. There are many treatment options available however application of moisturisers and sunscreen may also suffice.
