Pitta with apana vayu imbalance
Facing dry skin problem with body aches, slight bloating in lower abdomen.Pitta imbalance with apana vayu imbalance.So taking pungent med/food or cooling light  medicine( avipattikar) causes loose motion.So pls advise anything cooling with grounding for balancing apana vayu.
