Pinching pain
I was told that pinching pain in the heart was due to musculoskeletal pain or gastritis What is musculoskeletal pain , please explain

Pain caused by muscle sprain due to abnormal posture and stretched of muscle in wrong position is called as musculoskeletal pain.

Hi. Pain caused by muscle spasm or strain due to  over work or abnormal posture, some inflammatory conditions like costochondritis are included in musculoskeletal pain.
