Pinches all over the body.

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Mostly in winter my whole body feels pinching problem. It feels that the needles are pinching my body. This occurs when I bath with mild hot water or exercise or do some work outside during smog or direct heat but mainly during smog. What to do in this case.
