Pinched nerve I think
Yesterday I did jumping jacks, post which I'm feeling a bit of sensation running down my right leg. I can only feel it when I walk. Something like a pinched nerve. Not sure though. No pain no tingling no numbness. I have a history of spondylolisthesis and have gotten it checked. The doctor had said since the lumen was larger than expected there was no nerve compression. That happened 3 years ago and there has been no symptoms, which makes me think it maybe unrelated. I've tried stretching but the sensation isn't going away. Please guide.

Apply ice. Take rest for a day or two. Try stretching by going into the pain. Probably its the muscle spasm. For the nerve to be pinched, you need to get radiating pain, numbness and claudication pain also.
