Pinched nerve
I'm suffering from pinched nerve from past two days it was occurred when I was working out in the gym. 3 months ago also I had the same problem and I even got X rayed for the neck pain for checking out whether I had met with any broken bone but that was not the case. And then I visited a physiotherapist also had got treated by him and he asked me to stop working out for next 15 days and I did that.I workout every 5 days a week heavily . Is this caused by workout? Please let me know what needs to be done

your condition requires a detailed assessment before any treatment can be started , please get yourself evaluated by an ORTHO or Physio before taking any treatment. yes you will have to stop the workout until the problem sorted... it appears to be a sprain but that need confirmation on clinical evaluations in person
Next Steps
you can apply ICE to the injured part since the injury is in acute phase(i.e. recently flared up problem)

The nerve may or may not be pinched is very difficult to judge without seeing however if there is any pain in the neck I will suggest to get yourself checked from a Orthopaedic doctor first before going to physiotherapist again and certainly stop the work out till you get yourself examined .
