Pinched nerve and numbness and tingling

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I should have got this pinched nerve due to masturbation.Also my right shoulder dislocated.Now i can feel weakness in my left shoulder.All my body joints are weak.How should i approach this problem.If i stop masturbation completely can i get relieved from this problem.
