For piles
- Sitz Bath 3 times daily
- Psyllium Husk daily one glass ( ISABGOL)
- Fibrous rich diet
- Avoid straining
For BP and obesity
- Do brisk walking everyday for minimum of 2000 meters if you dont have heart or breathing conditions
