Pin point pian in heart
I have been experiencing very acute pin point pain at lower side of my heart. It happens 7-8 times (may be more) during the last year. It lasts for only 1-2 seconds. A few days ago i again experienced it, this time it lasted for 15-20 seconds. Its just an acute pain but still very uncomfortable. My Condition: Age-25years, unmarried I dont smoke, occasionally takes alcohol(its been 5 months now I had a drink), physically not very active, And the biggest thing- when I was 22 years old I experienced Erection problem during inter course with my girl friend. I consulted a sexologist, he took some tests and assured me that its just anxiety and prescribed viagra. That worked. I heard that ginger and honey is good for better blood flow so, i eat a little piece of raw ginger at night. Can it create some problem, like gastric or something else? Thats all.. So my question was about that pin point pain in my heart. Thanks

Definitely, this is acute gastritis. Nothing to worry . Just don't eat oily and fried food. Don't lie down for 30 minutes after meals. Get active . Walk for 40 minutes. Also u can use Cap Omez D twice daily for 5 days before meals and use it as needed
