Does this happen to you after drinking milk also any other time ? It may be due to Lactose intolerance.
You can check with the allergy by elimination diet. One day you don't take milk whole day and take oats and see for allergy and the other day you take a milk product then you don't take the oats and see the reaction, that may also see the help you diet
